A: I would recommend you make a copy.
JAKZ does take great care in the handling of all the media
we receive but we cannot be responsible for any damages
incurred during shipping.
Q: What's the turnaround time on my video?
A: The turnaround time is based on
when we receive the project from you and also depends on
the length of the video you desire. Generally, you
will receive your project within 7 to 10 days.

them. This is done through hosting. Hosting
companies take your website and place it on web servers
making it accessible for all to see.
Q: What is a domain name?
A: A domain name is the name of your
site. For instance, Yahoo's domain name is

want it to be providing it is not already in
use. Once you pick your domain name, you must
